RTOCPI is proud to be the professional body supporting the Vocational Education (VET) sector!
RTOCPI is a membership-based professional body for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and RTO professionals across Australia. We support and represent our members by delivering high-quality professional development, practical best-practice resources and a strong professional network.
Our purpose is to strengthen the quality and integrity of vocational education and training by supporting RTOs and RTO professionals with meeting regulatory requirements, while providing a trusted platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
RTOCPI also actively represents and advocates for the interests of RTOs and RTO professionals at both government and industry levels, ensuring the sector’s voice is heard.
Membership with RTOCPI is open to RTO Professionals from:

About our founder
Our founder, Kassi Pericleous, has over 30 years’ experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. Throughout her career, she has successfully led and managed a wide range of domestic and international Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), and for more than 25 years has worked as a highly regarded RTO Quality and Compliance Consultant.
Kassi is deeply committed to supporting RTOs and RTO professionals as they navigate the complexities of an ever-changing and increasingly challenging regulatory environment. Her passion for the sector, combined with her depth of experience and practical expertise, has established her as one of Australia’s leading RTO consultants.
Recognising a significant gap in professional support, advocacy and representation within the industry, Kassi founded the RTO Certified Professionals Institute (RTOCPI) to provide a dedicated professional body for RTOs and RTO professionals nationwide.
In addition to her extensive work experience, Kassi also holds the following qualifications:
